payment and shipping

A. Shipping Costs and Information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. The shipping is done by DHL. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the information given below.

If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email before placing an order ( dreinholz@cookies-angelwear.de ) and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding Postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany

For shipping within the German mainland we charge a flat rate of 4.99 euros per order.

II. Shipping outside of Germany

We also deliver to Austria. The shipping costs are a flat rate of 13.99 euros per order.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
