Return

Returns within Germany are free of charge.
The return costs from abroad are borne by you.

You can return all items purchased in the ZOÉ LU shop to us within 14 days.
For Christmas gifts ordered after November 19th, 2020, there is an extended right of return until January 15th, 2021.

The processing of a return takes up to 14 days.

The credit will be made to the means of payment you have chosen.
If you paid by voucher, the money will be credited back to the voucher.
