The Laguiole shape comes from the Aveyron village of the same name and is characterized by its curved handle and the bee forged on the spring of the knife. This set includes a cheese knife with two spikes at the end of the blade, ideal for serving hard cheeses, and a butter knife, which allows you to spread butter and other spreads and whose sharp blade easily cuts even hard butter. The blade of these two kitchen accessories is made of high-quality stainless steel, which gives the blade flexibility and therefore allows for easy re-sharpening. The handle is made of supple olive wood. These table accessories are entirely made in France in the workshops of Master Craftsman and Cutler Claude Dozorme and are delivered in a beech wood box. The cheese knife and the butter knife are entirely made in the workshops in Thiers, the French cutlery capital, by skilled craftsmen.
